Special Delivery Options
With the holidays approaching, Great Lakes Segway would like to let you know about two new fulfillment options for our customers!
Are you close to our showroom, but unable to come to Walled Lake? Great Lakes Segway can deliver! Simply call us to arrange an order, pay via invoice, and we can schedule a time to bring your gifts out to you! Destinations within 15 miles include free delivery, minimum purchase of $500 required. If you are further away, please contact us to schedule.
Looking to come to our showroom, but don’t want to come inside? Great Lakes Segway now offers curbside pickup! Simply place an order on our website, and call us to arrange for pickup. Once you arrive, give us a call and we will bring everything out to your vehicle, completely contactless.

Shipping/EZ Ship program- we provide an authorized box and shipping kit to allow you to send your serviceable units to us
Don’t live near Walled Lake? GLS can still help you repair your machine. We ship you a box, instructions, and packing labels, and you ship your machine to us. After we perform any needed repairs, it comes back to you in the same box! It’s just that simple. Even across the country, GLS is as close as possible.
