If your Segway needs repair, the EZ Ship program starts with us sending you an empty Segway box with packing instructions and a return label. Once you have the package ready, you’ll let us know when we should schedule FedEx to come pick it up, and we’ll keep you in the loop throughout the entire time we have your machine, from arrival to departure. Once we finish the repairs, we will ship your Segway directly back to you.
