Shipping Us Your Segway PT Couldn’t Be Easier!

For Service & Repair

We’ve developed a method to make it simple to send us your Segway unit for repair.

Learn more about our dealership repair capabilities for individuals and Segway dealers & tour companies.

  1. We’ll send you an official, empty Segway box with packing instructions and a return label.
  2. You pack your Segway unit, apply the label, and let us know when we should schedule FedEx to pick up the unit.
  3. We’ll notify you once we receive your unit and begin a diagnosis.
  4. After evaluating your unit, we’ll send you an estimate to complete your repair.
  5. Once your unit is ready (or if you pass on the estimate) we’ll ship your unit right back to you!

Shipping costs will be shown in cart and cover 3-way shipping which includes the cost to ship the box and packing materials to you, to ship your Segway to us, and lastly return your Segway back to you.
