Segway Repair Service
If you need reliable maintenance service for your Segway PT, our Segway certified Level III Service Center can accommodate repairs on the Segway PT i2, i2SE, and x2, x2SE models. We carry most service parts in stock so you get what you need, when you need it. Additionally, our service team can complete most factory-level repairs within 7 to 10 days.

Service Center
Our operating hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Our showroom is open for service drop-offs and pick-ups of repaired or new equipment, parts, and accessories.
Ninebot Repair Service
We accept all Segway and Ninebot scooters, dirt bikes, powersports, or other “Ninebot by Segway” products for maintenance, repair or replacement.

Shipments
We handle receiving and shipping parts, repairs, and accessories using FedEx Ground and other freight and logistics carriers.
